Working with Daddy

I went back to work half days this week and Finn is staying home with Daddy while I'm at work. As you can see he's catching on quite quickly to the appraisal business. He's got his own laptop to work on and everything. It appears they are doing quite well together!

This is a tough one...it's a real head scratcher!
What is this person thinking?!? They think it's worth how much?
